Live coding with the Developer Program: Design System in use

Oliwia Połeć in Live coding, on September 07, 2021

Designing your application’s UI is definitely a task you should put some thought and effort into. Knowing how to approach the placement of components, showcasing the most important features and actions… it can be a lot.

You can learn it the hard way, or you can use the LiveChat Design System components instead. No idea what they are? Don’t worry! Allow me to introduce you to this great resource.

The LiveChat Design System is a library of ready-to-use React components. You can use them to design an application that’s entirely aligned with the look and feel of the LiveChat Agent App. And you can have it up and running in no time.

In our next live coding session, we’ll teach you how to build an app that makes use of the Design System components and appears as an integral part of the LiveChat application. What’s more, we’ll also tackle good UX patterns when designing web applications.

The live coding session takes place on September 16, 5 pm CEST and will be hosted by Dominik Sławkowski, a frontend developer in the Developer Program team.

Put your design skills into practice! See you at the live coding session!
