Dear Developers,
Soon, LiveChat will be dropping support for v3.0 of the Messaging APIs and the Configuration API. We’ll support the Agent Chat API and the Configuration API v3.0 by the end of September 2020.
Also, we wanted to remind you we’re discontinuing support for the Customer Chat API v3.0 at the end of August 2020.
If your app makes use of the LiveChat API v3.0, we highly recommend you migrate to v3.2, which is currently the stable version.
